KSEYE introduces title insurance and refurbishment drawdown product
The refurbishment product is available for both light and heavy refurbishments.

Specialist bridging lender, KSEYE, has announced two new additions to its lending proposition - the introduction of title insurance across its offering and the launch of a refurbishment drawdown product designed for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
The refurbishment product is available for both light and heavy refurbishments, with loan sizes up to £7.5 million and funding available up to 90% loan-to-cost (LTC).
Marcus Dussard (pictured), sales director at KSEYE, commented: “These product launches are about responding to real broker needs. Title insurance allows us to speed up completions where appropriate, while the new refurb drawdown product gives clients greater flexibility and control over their development funding.
"Whether it’s light internal upgrades or full commercial conversions, we’re here to support a wide range of clients with a practical, broker-friendly solution.”
