Keystone launches AI software to boost broker efficiency
The software enables brokers to bulk upload up to 50 documents to its broker portal.
Keystone Property Finance has launched new AI software to boost efficiency and speed up the case application process for brokers.
Developed in-house and exclusive to Keystone, the software enables brokers to bulk upload up to 50 documents to its broker portal where the system will automatically label and categorise them in seconds.
The software utilises AI to quickly identify data from the documents and label them accordingly, eliminating the need for doing so manually and making the case application process more efficient, whilst also minimising the risk of errors.
Documents across all major formats (PDF, Word, Excel and JPEG) including identification, proof of income, tenancy agreements, and valuation reports are all compatible with the AI.
The software is available to all registered brokers who can repeat the upload process as often as required for each case.
Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance, commented: “This AI-powered software reflects Keystone’s forward-thinking approach to support the broker community via efforts to facilitate a more efficient case application process.
“By embracing the power of this innovative technology, and combined with our specialist lending knowledge, we can deliver on our aim of saving brokers time when placing cases, enabling them to increase productivity and reach quicker, positive outcomes for their landlord clients."
