Keystone launches £3,500 cashback offer
The new range is available across standard properties, HMOs and multi-units up to six occupants/units.
Keystone Property Finance has launched a limited edition cashback offer giving landlords up to £3,500 back upon completion.
The new range is available on two and five-year fixed rates across standard properties, HMOs and multi-units up to six occupants/units.
The amount of cashback a landlord receives is tiered depending on the loan size:
• Loans between £50,000 and £125,000 are eligible for £250 in cashback,
• Loans between £125,001 and £250,000 are eligible for £750 in cashback,
• Loans between £250,001 and £500,000 are eligible for £1,250 in cashback,
• Loans between £500,001 and £1,000,000 are eligible for £2,000 in cashback,
• Loans between £1,000,001 and £2,500,000 are eligible for £3,500 in cashback.
