JammJar reveals new platform features
The latest updates include enhanced mortgage sourcing, protection, ID checks, and document management.
JammJar has revealed new details of its Winter26 platform update ahead of an online launch event taking place this week.
The latest updates bring together sourcing, case management, documentation, compliance and communication into a single, connected workflow, with AI supporting advisers throughout the life of a case.
Winter26 brings multiple parts of the advice journey into a single, connected workflow. Advisers can now source mortgages natively within JammJar, with sourcing parameters automatically populated from existing case data and recommendations mapped directly back into the client record, removing the need to rekey information while maintaining a clear compliance trail.
The update also strengthens the link between mortgage advice, protection and general insurance, helping firms deliver more consistent advice across product lines without increasing administrative burden.
Winter26 introduces automated IDV and AML via an integrated Onfido journey, enabling advisers to complete verification checks within a simple app.
Document management has also been significantly enhanced, with fully automated document analysis, categorisation and file checking, alongside built-in compliance alerts and resolution workflows. Advisers no longer need to manually review files or manage uploads, with the platform handling everything in the background.
The platform’s AI assistant has also been expanded to analyse all case data, provide real-time assistance, draft personalised client communications and answer adviser questions instantly. Phone-call navigation and call review functionality have been improved, giving advisers clearer oversight of conversations and case progression.
The Winter26 platform will be demonstrated live at 11am on Wednesday 11th February in a show-and-tell session, walking brokers through real cases and workflows to show how the platform operates day to day.
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said: "Brokers are done with theory. They want to see technology make a real dent in admin, friction and wasted time.
“Winter26 is where everything finally clicks into place – sourcing, compliance, documentation and communication working as one, with AI doing the heavy lifting quietly in the background.
“This live event isn’t about slides or promises. It’s about showing advisers exactly how the platform supports them, case by case, from first conversation through to completion.”
