InterBay Commercial expands solicitor panel

Paris Smith LLP, previously InterBay’s sole solicitor, will now be joined on the panel by Birketts LLP and Walker Morris LLP.

InterBay says each was member selected due to their expertise in the field and ability to offer specialist legal expertise on all aspects of commercial property finance.

In addition, all three firms on the panel offer nationwide coverage and can provide dual legal representation.
 
Alongside this, Clarke Willmott LLP will continue to act for InterBay on all bridging loans.
