Impact bolsters commercial team with ex-HSBC director
Impact Specialist Finance has appointed former senior HSBC corporate relationship director, Clive Smith, as a senior commercial consultant.
"Commercial finance is an area which requires expertise, strong relationships and experience, important attributes which Clive will undoubtedly bring to the team."
Clive will help to develop and expand Impact's commercial lending programme following its rebrand from All Types of Mortgages (AToM) in January.
Dale Jannels, managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, commented: “As a forward-thinking business we are constantly looking for ways to extend our offering to open-up new borrowing avenues for our clients and revenue streams for our intermediary partners.
"Commercial finance is an area which requires expertise, strong relationships and experience, important attributes which Clive will undoubtedly bring to the team. His strong corporate and commercial background will prove to be a huge asset in bolstering our overall specialist lending offering."
Clive Smith added: “Impact is embarking on an exciting journey which really appealed to me and, on a personal level, it feels like the perfect time for a new challenge. Demand for a variety of specialist lending solutions is on the rise and I’m looking forward to working closely with lenders, brokers and the existing team at Impact to assist even more clients in achieving their commercial property aims.”
