Hope Capital Property Finance rejoins the NACFB
The lender recently launched a commercial conversions product and is aiming to reach a wider range of brokers.
Hope Capital Property Finance has rejoined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as a patron after a short hiatus, aiming to reach a wider range of brokers.
The decision follows the lender’s attendance at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo, where it launched its commercial conversions product, designed to support investors looking to convert underutilised commercial space into semi-commercial or residential properties.
The lender says positive feedback from brokers at the Expo also played a role in its return to the trade body.
Kim Parker (pictured), director of lending operations and commercial strategy, said: “We saw real appetite for our commercial conversions product, and becoming a patron again allows us to build on that momentum. We’re excited to reconnect with members and introduce our offering to brokers we’ve not worked with before.”
Jim Higginbotham, CEO at the NACFB, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome back Hope Capital Property Finance. Their decision to rejoin demonstrates the breadth of opportunity our members offer lenders operating across the commercial finance sphere. We’re looking forward to working closely with the Hope team to ensure that their patronage is maximised, and crucially, they continue to deepen their connection with our brokers.”
