Hope Capital Property Finance enhances sales support in team restructure
The lender has also introduced a dedicated packaging team to support the launch of its Dual+ product.
Hope Capital Property Finance has announced a restructure of its sales department, enhancing its sales process to support broker demand.
As part of the restructure, Hope Capital Property Finance has transformed its former internal BDE team into dedicated sales specialists, delivering a more efficient experience to brokers and borrowers.
This includes the promotion of Alicia Alty to sales specialist, having joined the business a year ago as sales administrator, and the recent appointment of Leanne Stafford, who brings several years of experience from her previous role as a broker. Alicia and Leanne join the lender’s existing sales specialists: Ben Lavelle, Michael Trafford, and Tom Gerrard.
The sales department is led by head of sales, Kim Parker, supported by national account managers David Weir and Sam Lea. David Weir will continue to support brokers across London, the North of England and Scotland, while Sam Lea will cover the Midlands, the South of England and South Wales. In addition, Chris Grierson has been promoted to relationship manager, working closely with the head of sales to help shape the strategic direction of the sales team.
Aligned with both the restructure and the launch of the lender’s new residential product, Dual+, Hope Capital Property Finance has also introduced a dedicated packaging team, bringing together Alicia, Chris and Leanne from the sales department. This structure enables the lender to confidently meet the tight timescales that Dual+ is designed to achieve.
From initial enquiry through to approval, Dual+ is designed to give brokers greater certainty of completion, with key elements of the underwriting process, including valuations, taking place at the enquiry stage. This early-stage approach allows for quicker, more accurate decisions and greater confidence in the progression of each deal.
Kim Parker (pictured), head of sales at Hope Capital Property Finance, said: “We’re in the strongest position we’ve ever been in, not only in terms of our sales team but across the wider business. Our business growth is at an all-time high, and this restructure supports our future ambitions by ensuring we have the right people, processes and expertise in place to maintain momentum, support our broker partners and continue delivering certainty and speed where it matters most.
“This restructure has been all about strengthening the sales experience for our broker and ensuring every interaction is efficient, informed and supportive from first enquiry through to completion. The promotions within the team are incredibly well deserved and reflect the talent we have internally, while Leanne has already made a significant impact since joining the business. Her extensive experience as a broker brings invaluable insight to our sales process, helping us better understand brokers’ needs and deliver the level of service and certainty they expect.”
