Hodge has appointed John Carter to lead its real estate finance business.
Formerly commercial director at Aldermore Bank, John brings decades of experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering bespoke property development and investment finance solutions.
His appointment coincides with the launch of a new brand for Hodge's real estate finance division.
