Hitachi Capital hires new chairman
Hitachi Capital UK has shaken up its non-executive director team with three senior appointments, inclding a new Chairman.
Joining as Chairman of the Board at Hitachi Capital, Guy Munnoch brings over 20 years' financial services experience and adds this to a number of other non-executive director roles in both the UK and South Africa. In addition to his professional and military experience, Guy has a passion for anything physical having, amongst other challenges, walked to both the North and South Poles and summited Everest.
Also joining as non-excutive directors are Alan Hughes, who had a 35 year career at HSBC Bank, and Anne Whittaker, a chartered accountant with a range of non-executive, audit chair and chair experience.
