Health Mortgage Solutions established to support residential homebuyers and buy-to-let investors

Health Mortgage Solutions has been launched by Heather Greatorex (pictured, left), who began her career in Financial Services at LDN Finance. Since 2018, she has progressed from an administrative role to an advisory position, before moving into management. 

Based in London, Health Mortgage Solutions provides specialist mortgage advice for both residential homebuyers and buy-to-let investors. Health Protection Solutions has become a shareholder, taking a 20% stake in the business. 

“This is a huge milestone, and I’m thrilled to bring Health Mortgage Solutions to the market. What makes this journey even more special is that I’m launching this business with my Mum by my side. She’s been in Financial Services for 25 years and has owned her own business for over a decade, so combining her experience with my fresh perspective is exciting. 

“It’s not just about starting a mortgage company, it’s about building something together as two women, from two generations, showing that family, trust, and female leadership can be at the heart of the industry,” she said.

Earlier this month, Health Protection Solutions announced its latest partnership with Norton Insurance Brokers to support their clients with personal and business protection advice. 

Norton Insurance Brokers’ clients now have access to advice for Life Insurance, Income Protection (IP), Critical Illness (CI), business protection, and inheritance tax (IHT) planning. 

“Many of our clients come to us to protect the things they value most – their vehicles, homes, holidays, businesses and more. Protecting income, family and financial commitments is just as important,” said Mark Wilkinson, managing director at Norton Insurance Brokers. 

Health Protection Solutions has also appointed Natalie Summerson as protection director. Natalie most recently served as sales director at British Friendly. In the past, she’s also worked as head of individual protection sales at Canada Life UK, protection solutions manager at Aviva, and protection account manager at Friends Life, amongst others.
