Halifax cuts two and three-year fixed rates by up to 0.16%
75% LTV two-year fixed rates have seen the largest reductions.
Halifax has reduced homebuyer mortgage rates by up to 0.16%.
Two-year fixed rates now start from 3.57% at 60% LTV with a £999 fee and 3.74% fee-free.
75% LTV two-year fixes have seen the largest reductions, down to 3.62% with a £999 fee and 3.83% fee-free.
80% and 85% LTV two-year fixes now start from 3.75%, 90% LTV rates from 4.06%, and 95% LTV rates from 4.55%.
Three-year fixed rates now start from 3.62% at 60% LTV and 3.82% at 75% LTV.
