Halifax cuts purchase and homemover rates by up to 0.11%
Rates now start from 3.55%.
Halifax has reduced mortgage rates across its homebuyer and homemover fixed rate mortgages by up to 11bps.
Two-year fixed rates with a £999 fee have reduced by up to 6bps, now starting from 3.55% up to 60% LTV, 3.60% up to 75% LTV, 3.70% at 80% LTV, 3.73% at 85% LTV, and 4.00% at 90% LTV.
Five-year fixes are down by up to 0.11%, with the lowest rate now 3.77% at 60% LTV with a £999 fee and the fee-free rate reduced to 3.88%.
75% LTV five-year fixes have reduced by 11bps and now start from 3.83% with a £999 fee and 3.91% fee-free. Five-year fixes are available from 3.96% at 80% LTV, 3.99% at 85% LTV, 4.21% at 90% LTV, and 4.71% at 95% LTV.
In Halifax's large loans offering for loans between £2-5m, rates have reduced by 10bps to 4.02% at 60% LTV and by 11bps to 4.08% at 75% LTV, both with a £1,999 product fee.
