Glenhawk expands business development team
Rhys will look after a newly created region, covering Essex, North and East London, and the Northern Home Counties.
Specialist bridging lender, Glenhawk, has appointed Rhys Evans as business development manager.
Rhys is the fifth addition to Glenhawk’s sales team since the turn of the year. He will look after a newly created region, covering Essex, North and East London, and the Northern Home Counties.
Rhys has over 13 years’ experience in specialist finance, spanning both underwriting and sales, with LendInvest and Shawbrook Bank.
Josh Knight, managing director of sales and marketing at Glenhawk, commented: “Rhys is a high-calibre BDM, with strong technical knowledge and excellent relationships across his region. We are delighted to welcome him to the team. Our focus this year has been building a best-in-class sales team, with clearly defined regions, to ensure our brokers have a point of contact who is local to them. With six field-based BDMs and four-internal BDMs, I think we’re well positioned to hit our ambitious targets.”
Rhys Evans added: “I am thrilled to join Glenhawk at a pivotal time in its growth story. Glenhawk is a well-respected lender in our space, with robust funding lines and an excellent team. I can’t wait to get started.”
