Glenhawk expands BDM team with northern and Scotland appointment
Bridging finance lender Glenhawk has appointed Ryan Brewer as business development manager to strengthen broker relationships across the North West, North East and Scotland.
Bridging finance lender Glenhawk has appointed Ryan Brewer as business development manager covering the North West, North East and Scotland.
Brewer, who is based in Manchester, has more than five years of bridging finance experience gained at lenders including Together and Lakeshield. In his new role, he will focus on building broker relationships across his territory and deepening ties with intermediaries already working with Glenhawk.
The appointment is the fourth addition to Glenhawk's sales team since the start of the year. Annaliese Ellis, an existing BDM at the firm, will continue in her role covering the Midlands, East Anglia and parts of the north.
"We are delighted to welcome Ryan on board," said Nick Hilton, managing director at Glenhawk.
"He is the fourth addition to our sales team since the turn of the year, as we continue to build what we believe is a best-in-class BDM team. We have long placed a high value on the North and Scotland, and Ryan's appointment highlights that."
Brewer (pictured) said the quality and ambition of the existing team were a key factor in his decision to join. "I was drawn to the role by the clear experience and ambition within the team, as it's evident that everyone at Glenhawk is focused on building on an already strong market presence," he said.
"Having spent over 5 years in the bridging market, I've watched Glenhawk's growth and success for a number of years, and that ultimately made it an easy decision to pursue the opportunity and showcase what I can bring to the table."
