Key to APDSI membership benefits is access to a number of experienced professionals and debt solution providers.
Mark joins credit industry compliance expert, Alasdair Warwood, Secretary General of the Association along with founding members including Kevin Still, a Director of the Pentagon Group which provides a range of debt solutions and Melanie Giles, a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with specific expertise in dealing with financially distressed consumers.
A fully qualified barrister, Mark has been an insolvency practitioner for over 15 years. For the last six years Mark has focused his career on all forms of insolvency work but brings specific expertise in corporate recovery and insolvency advice to company directors.
Mark Beesley comments:
“The regulatory and compliance environment continues to tighten and it is imperative that debt solution intermediaries have access to experts in their respective fields.
"APDSI was established to provide a central point of reference and advice and I am delighted to join the board as a founding member, adding to the valuable knowledge already offered by the board.”
Alasdair Warwood, Secretary General adds:
“APDSI aims to provide members with regular regulatory updates and how these affect the conduct of business on a day-to-day basis. These include how to compliantly prospect for new business.
"All our founder members are committed to working with introducers and professional intermediaries as a business channel to support their client relationships for mutual benefit. Mark brings highly valuable expertise in the field of corporate insolvencies, complementing the scope of skills already on the board.
“We look forward to extending awareness of APDSI and meeting brokers and introducers at a range of regional events this year, including 15 TrigoldCrystal Business Academy events.”
Free for intermediaries, the TrigoldCrystal events give individuals the opportunity to hear from and meet industry experts on products they may or may not have dealt with before but are interested to learn more about.
One of the debt solution partners supporting the programme of events will be MoneySolve, part of the Astute Money group.
