Bev Budsworth MD at The Debt Advisor comments:
We have recently seen an email from Jeremy Hockley which was sent on the 21st April at 4.55pm announcing the closure of Hermes Financial Solutions, trading as debtDr and that the company has ‘ceased trading with immediate effect’.
"We understand that this will be a difficult time not only for franchisees and introducers but also for clients which have been referred to debtDr. The Debt Advisor are a well established practice and we are keen to ensure that clients who need our help are well looked after and that the transition is made as easy as possible.”
The team at The Debt Advisor are seriously passionate about looking after both clients and intermediaries. They have opted for compliance beyond that which is required and are members of both DEMSA and The Debt Resolution Forum and adhere to their codes of conduct.
Clients affected by the closure are advised to call The Debt Advisor advisory team on 0800 085 1825 or visit www.thedebtadvisor.co.uk. Introducers affected by the closure are advised to call the affiliate line on 0845 465 2602 or 0845 465 0095 or visit www.thedebtadvisorintroducers.co.uk
