Finalists of the 2024 Women's Recognition Awards revealed!
Three new categories launched this year to help the Awards reach an even wider group of women and businesses.

Financial Reporter is delighted to announce the finalists of its 2024 Women's Recognition Awards.
The awards programme, now in its seventh year, aims to support the growing momentum for a more diverse and equal financial services community, recognising achievement in particular fields such as mortgages and specialist lending, alongside adviser-focused categories.
The WRAs also reward people and businesses in the industry who have made notable strides towards gender equality, either through raising awareness or by implementing specific changes within their workplace.
Alongside the existing award categories, three new categories launched this year - Mortgage administrator of the year, DEI mental health champion, and Entrepreneur of the year.

The winners will be announced at the Women's Recognition Awards Winners’ Party at the Roundhouse in London on the 22nd of October, featuring a drinks reception, entertainment, three-course meal and an exclusive after party.
Rozi Jones, editor of Financial Reporter, said: "Once again, we received more nominations for our Women's Recognition Awards than ever before and, as always, the true driver of the Awards becomes clear when we read the entries submitted.
"However, with the FCA recently warning that the industry is in danger of “going backwards” on gender equality, there is clearly still work to be done, and that work is evolving each year.
“With that in mind, we thought long and hard about how to evolve what we do and how we commit to making a difference in financial services, which is why our new awards categories are designed to reach an even wider group of women and businesses.
“It’s inspiring to see that these new categories have proved so popular and the quality of entries we received this year shows that better representation for women in our industry goes hand-in-hand with an industry where everyone is given the support and opportunity to thrive.
“A huge congratulations to all of our finalists and we can’t wait to reveal this year’s winners in October!”
