FIBA expands commercial lender panel
Commercial finance trade body, FIBA, has added specialist lender, Accredo, to its lender panel.
"They only write business introduced by advisers and have a ‘can do’ lending philosophy based on the personal underwriting of every case."
Founded in 2000, Accredo provides secured commercial loans and leases to new starts, difficult credit profiles and established businesses. Accredo aims to underwrite proposals in under three hours and offers payment flexibility with seasonal and deferred payments, full bridge, partial balloon and amortising options.
Adam Tyler, executive chairman at FIBA, said: “We are delighted to welcome Accredo to the FIBA lender panel. They represent the type of lender that we want to encourage. They only write business introduced by advisers and have a ‘can do’ lending philosophy based on the personal underwriting of every case. I am sure they will be a popular addition to the FIBA lender family.”
Geoff Willis, commercial director at Accredo, commented: “We are looking forward to working with FIBA members. Becoming part of FIBA will not only give us opportunities to put our proposition in front of their professional finance brokers and help their customers, but also provide us with valuable feedback on how we can further improve our service.”
