Saffron appoints new BDM
Saffron Building Society has appointed Nirver Randhawa as a Business Development Manager, to further strengthen the Society’s presence in the intermediary mortgage market.
Nirver, who has more than 30 years financial services experience, reports to Anita Arch, Senior Business Development Manager, and will provide support to mortgage brokers and distributors throughout England and Wales.
Nirver’s career has included branch management roles with Woolwich and Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Societies, an operational management role with Nottingham Building Society, regional sales management roles with Bristol & West and the Post Office and business development roles with Santander and Bupa.
Anita Arch, Senior Business Development Manager, said:
“I’m delighted to welcome Nirver to Saffron Building Society and wish him every success in his new career. He has extensive financial services experience, which will stand him in good stead as he helps the Society continue to build its base of broker introduced mortgage business.”
Nirver Randhawa said:
“Saffron Building Society has built a strong reputation in the intermediary mortgage market and I’m delighted to be joining the team. I believe brokers appreciate Saffron’s common sense approach and willingness to assess each case on its own merits, rather than base decision-making on automated credit scores. I’m looking forward to meeting brokers and distributors and helping them submit business to Saffron.”
