Paul Chapman joins Countrywide Surveying Services

Countrywide have recruited Paul Chapman to the newly created Board position of Head of Field Operations within its Surveying Division.

Paul Chapman joins Countrywide Surveying Services
Paul will commence his new role in December, which includes overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of the Group’s surveying workforce whilst also using his extensive experience of the UK mortgage lending industry to assist with the development of new products and services for Countrywide’s extensive client base.

Paul Creffield, Corporate Operations Director at Countrywide said:

“Paul brings a wealth of experience to this new role after more than 15 years in the property industry and will be using his expertise to strengthen our frontline business.

“I’m keen to ensure that we continue to build on the fantastic progress we’ve made in recent years to explore new ventures and opportunities, and Paul will play an important role as part of our management team to drive the business forward.”

Most recently, Paul headed up Colleys Surveyors within Lloyds Banking Group. Throughout Paul’s lengthy career at HBOS and subsequently LBG, he has held various senior management roles and made considerable contributions to many parts of Lloyd’s businesses including Business Development, Mortgage Regulation, Retail Executive, and more recently, commercial development in Surveying and Valuation Services.
