Lowry Capital offer enhanced commission on new bridging deals
Lowry Capital, the bespoke bridging finance provider, are offering an enhanced commission for any new bridging deals presented to them before the end of January 2011.
Lowry are offering brokers an additional commission of up to £500 per completed application in addition to their standard commission of 1.25% of the loan amount. Commission is paid by chaps to the broker on day of completion.
