The live interactive sessions are designed to help intermediaries increase their knowledge and confidence in selling general insurance products.
They complement the online training facility provided by Assurant Intermediary on the dedicated BrokerZone area of its website as well as the face-to-face training provided by its business development team.
Gary Little, head of key accounts at Assurant Intermediary says:
“We’ve received extremely positive feedback about these sessions. Brokers have jumped at the chance to get free, valuable training from the convenience of their own desk. The next schedule has been built around their feedback but it’s not set in stone.
"If we get requests for additional subjects then we’ll look to accommodate them. These sessions are all about helping intermediaries improve their professional skills and provide even better service to their clients. In the end, that means increased revenue opportunity.”
To register interest in participating in any one of the sessions, brokers only need to email salessupport@assurant.com with their contact details and the team will send them full joining instructions.
