Family BS launches new mortgage application platform
Key benefits of the new platform include a streamlined DIP to completion journey and real-time visibility of case progression.
Family Building Society has announced the launch of Mortgage Hub, a new online application platform designed to make it easier and faster for brokers to manage mortgage cases from DIP through to completion.
Key benefits of the new platform include a streamlined DIP to completion journey, real-time visibility of case progression, instant DIP certificates and the ability to copy information for multiple DIPs.
The Hub also provides illustration requests, a document upload facility for easier administrative tasks, and secure messaging to discuss cases directly with the Family Building Society team.
Darren Deacon, head of intermediary sales at Family Building Society, commented: “The launch of the new Mortgage Hub reflects our commitment to making the application process simpler, faster and more transparent for brokers.
"By improving the journey from DIP to completion, the platform will help brokers manage cases more efficiently while continuing to give them access to the personal service and manual underwriting they expect from us.”
