Equifinance promotes Park from CTO to COO
Kieran joined Equifinance from Mortgage Engine and prior to that spent nearly six years at Shawbrook Bank.
Second charge lender, Equifinance, has promoted Kieran Park from his current role as chief technology officer to take on the wider responsibility of becoming chief operating officer.
Kieran joined Equifinance from Mortgage Engine where he was chief technology officer for two years. Prior to that he spent nearly six years at Shawbrook Bank, latterly as head of innovation and delivery, leading the change and IT delivery team that serviced the property division for residential and commercial mortgages.
Equifiance says Kieran's promotion supports plans to increase its market share and implement new business protocols to improve its broker interface and experience. Kieran has played a major role in the design and rollout of the new systems.
Tony Marshall, chief executive at Equifinance, said: “Since Kieran joined the business, he has demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that has helped Equifinance grow and expand. The company is now in a position to build on those strong foundations and Kieran will play a huge part in our future success.”
