Software firm, BrightOffice, has launched BrightBroker, an entry-level customer relationship management (CRM) tool for growing commercial finance brokers.
The new purpose-built platform simplifies the management of cases and business finance leads from a single, secure cloud-hosted tool.
Features of BrightBroker include:
• Preconfigured case statuses (Fact Find, KYC etc.), workflow automation, and reports;
• Import of lender panel products and cases/work in progress for a smooth transition;
• Source management with full audit trail to track and communicate with introducers;
• Branded suite of document templates (Fact Find, Terms of Business, Privacy Notice and GDPR, SALIE etc.) with BrightSign e-signature functionality;
• Custom URL, webmail integration, and SMS and newsletter marketing templates;
• Built-in BrightOfficePay card payment collection and integrations with industry tools;
