eConveyancer secures four new partnerships
Smoove, formerly ULS Technology, has announced that eConveyancer has won a number of new contracts including TMA Club, Just Mortgages, Wesleyan Financial Services, and L&C Mortgages.

TMA's directly authorised brokers will have access to eConveyancer’s platform and a panel of over 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms.
TMA Club will utilise other features on the eConveyancer platform including DigitalMove, which brings together key stakeholders in the homebuying and selling process in a digital journey that improves communication and reduces transaction times. Also included is Rapid Remortgage, which has been designed to make remortgaging just as quick and convenient as a product transfer.
Facilitated by Openwork Conveyancing, Just Mortgages and Wesleyan advisers will also have access to the full benefits offered by eConveyancer’s platform.
eConveyancer has also strengthened its partnership with online mortgage broker L&C Mortgages, launching a new software integration with the firm, using the eConveyancer platform to provide improved flexibility for the firm in managing its conveyancing relationships and capacity.
The integration will enable L&C to instruct approved conveyancers from eConveyancer’s bespoke panel of audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms from within their existing systems.
Karen Rodrigues, sales director at eConveyancer, commented: “We are delighted with the succession of new client wins – highlighting the strength of our brand and proposition.
“Conveyancing is such an important part of the mortgage process and can play a crucial role in a client’s experience, which is why we are continuing to invest in the ongoing development of eConveyancer and cutting edge services like DigitalMove and Rapid remortgage.
“We also take a rigorous approach to upholding the quality of the eConveyancer panel, which is closely monitored to ensure unwavering high standards. We are delighted with the growing traction and look forward to simplifying and speeding up the conveyancing process for a growing audience.”
