Dussard and Foskett join REIM Capital
Marcus has moved from KSEYE and Oliver from Whitehall Capital.
Specialist bridging lender, REIM Capital, has appointed Marcus Dussard as sales director and Oliver Foskett as chief operating officer.
REIM Capital offers bridging finance to property investors in England & Wales and says it is now entering "a new phase of growth", supported by the new hires.
Marcus Dussard is a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience in the UK specialist finance and property lending markets.
Prior to joining KSEYE in October 2023, Marcus held senior leadership roles across several organisations in the specialist lending sector. He spent four years as sales director at Hampshire Trust Bank and prior to that spent more than seven years at Castle Trust Bank, rising to the role of sales director and playing a central part in expanding the bank’s intermediary distribution and product reach.
Marcus began his career in fund and asset management, including a significant period at Old Mutual Asset Managers, where he progressed to business development manager, focusing on client relationships and business growth across the London and South East region.
Oliver brings over 15 years of expertise spanning capital markets and specialist lending. His career began in stockbroking before progressing into senior operational roles at firms including Willis Towers Watson and Century Capital, and most recently serving as chief operating officer at Whitehall Lending.
He has successfully led organisations through periods of rapid expansion, strengthening governance, overseeing audits, managing complex loan books and delivering significant revenue growth while reducing costs.
Kunal Vaitha, principal at REIM Capital, commented: "We’re very excited to welcome Oliver and Marcus to REIM Capital as the company enters a new phase of growth. Both bring a wealth of experience that will strengthen the team and support our continued development."
