Darren Clarke to head new commercial division at MT Finance
Darren will develop the commercial division, expand its product range, and build strong relationships with brokers.

MT Finance has announced the appointment of Darren Clarke to head a new commercial division.
Darren brings over 35 years of experience in banking and financial services across multiple lending institutions, with a proven track record of building successful teams and driving business growth.
In his new role, Darren will be responsible for building the commercial division's market presence, developing its product range, and building strong relationships with brokers and clients.
The news follows yesterday's announcement of updated criteria for MT Finance's large multi-unit freehold block (MUFB) mortgages and the launch of a new semi-commercial mortgage product.
Marylen Edwards, director of mortgages at MT Finance, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Darren to the MT Finance team. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the commercial property market makes him the ideal person to drive the growth of our new commercial division. We are confident that his expertise will be invaluable as we establish MT Finance as a key player in the commercial lending space."
Darren Clarke added: "I'm excited to join MT Finance at such a pivotal moment in the company's evolution. There's significant opportunity to bring MT Finance's reputation for speed, flexibility, effortless service and client-focused solutions to commercial property finance. I look forward to working with the team to create a commercial lending proposition that truly meets the needs of today's commercial lending market."
