Danske Bank UK joins LMS Panel Link
LMS has partnered with Danske Bank UK, who will become the 30th lender to join its Panel Link service.

Under the partnership, LMS will deliver a fully vetted panel of conveyancing firms that meet the lender’s requirements.
In addition, Danske Bank customers in England and Wales will now have access to Fees Assisted Remortgage products via LMS. Both services provide a range of components to further secure the monetary chain and numerous operational efficiencies in the house buying and remortgaging process.
Danske, the biggest lender in Northern Ireland, is entering the UK market by making its Danske Carbon Neutral Mortgage available for residential homes in the South East, South West and East of England, excluding London, initially through brokers registered with Mortgage Advice Bureau.
The move follows the successful launch of the mortgage product in Northern Ireland last year.
Nick Chadbourne, chief executive of LMS, said: “Danske Bank’s partnership with LMS is yet a further vote of confidence in our market leading Panel Link and Fees Assisted services. LMS continues to provide security, innovation and digitisation to all partners.
“We are delighted that Danske Bank have chosen LMS to launch further into the UK market and are pleased to be further strengthening our position in this market. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with Danske Bank.”
Patrick Mullan, head of GB mortgages at Danske Bank UK, added: “We’re already a market leader in Northern Ireland and have a significant presence in the mortgage intermediary market there, so it’s a natural step for us to bring that expertise and capability to benefit consumers in England.
“LMS offers a solution that delivers enhanced satisfaction to our customers and extra peace of mind for our borrowers as they purchase or remortgage a home, and we look forward to working with them."
