The lender offers BTL mortgages through its Godiva brand recently removed its £250 booking fee.
Cat Armstrong, mortgage club manager of Buy to Let Club, says:
“Through its Godiva brand Coventry has become a huge player in the buy-to-let arena and I’m delighted to welcome it to our panel.”
Kevin Purvey, head of intermediaries, says “Buy to Let Club has become a successful part of the sector and as an established lender we’re pleased to be joining its panel.”
Coventry’s addition to the panel comes after a hugely successful year for Buy to Let Club.
Ying Tan, managing director of Buy to Let Club, says:
“2014 has certainly been our best year yet and we have all been blown away by the growth we’ve experienced. We started the club in 2012 so we’re still relatively new to the market yet we’ve already shown we can hold our own against some of the long-established names.
“The launch of our specialist help-desk has been greatly received by our brokers and we have continued to build and develop strong relationships with some of the most well-regarded lenders in the industry.
“We’re full focussed on continuing our success in 2015 and bringing our brokers even more exclusive offers as well as doing all we can to help them boost their own business levels.”
