Rates have been reduced by up to 20bps.
Coventry for intermediaries has reduced all fixed rate mortgage deals across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges, with lower options available for new and existing customers.
Rates have been reduced by up to 20bps.
In its first-time buyer range, highlights include a two-year fixed rate at 5.17%, available up to 90% LTV with no fee and £500 cashback.
For buy-to-let, a five-year fixed rate limited company remortgage product has reduced to 5.10%, available up to 75% LTV with a £1,999 fee for properties with an EPC rating of A-C.
Ben Williams, corporate account manager at Coventry Building Society, said: “We're pleased to be reducing rates across our fixed rate range, giving brokers more competitive options to support a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to limited company landlords.
"These latest changes reflect our ongoing commitment to helping brokers find the right solutions for their customers in a changing market.”
