Coventry BS launches 1.99% BTL rate
Coventry for intermediaries has reduced interest rates on its Fixed and Flexx for Term buy to let products, and is now offering its lowest ever buy to let fixed rate.

The 1.99% product is fixed until 31.01.18 and is available up to 65% LTV. At 75% LTV, the Society has cut rates from 3.39% to 2.85%.
Coventry's Flexx for Term range has also seen reductions. Its 75% LTV is now 2.95% (reduced from 3.49%), with no ERCs and a £1,999 arrangement fee.
