Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has appointed Laila Khan as its new Sales Support Manager, strengthening its broker-facing team.
Khan (pictured) joins the business with immediate effect and will support conveybuddy’s account management team, ensuring they have the guidance and management needed as the company continues to grow. She brings extensive experience, having previously led an account management team and worked closely with brokers and conveyancers to build strong relationships.
She also worked with conveybuddy’s directors at their former business, where she developed a reputation for detailed knowledge and for training and developing team members.
Conveybuddy has announced two internal promotions alongside Khan’s appointment. Amy Innes has been made operations director, while Hannah Simmonds has been promoted to senior account manager.
The appointments and promotions follow a period of growth for conveybuddy, with rising broker registrations, increased user engagement, and higher demand for its transparent conveyancing solutions.
Harpal Singh, founder and chief executive of conveybuddy, commented: “We’re really pleased to welcome Laila to the team. She’s well known to us, having worked closely together in the past, and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the role."
"Her experience in developing an account management team to support brokers’ needs is invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and build stronger relationships across the broker and conveyancing markets.”
