Connect Mortgages adopts FastSubmit to streamline mortgage applications

Connect Mortgages has gone live with Instamo’s FastSubmit solution, helping its members reduce the time spent keying and submitting mortgage applications.

The solution enables advisers within the Connect network to upload a completed PDF fact find directly into Instamo FastSubmit, where the system automatically extracts and maps the required data into lender-native portals. This removes the need for advisers to manually key case information across multiple systems, significantly reducing administrative time and duplication.

By adopting the drag-and-drop functionality, Connect is equipping its admin team with a practical way to accelerate mortgage submissions on behalf of their advisers, without requiring CRM integrations or changes to existing workflows. The team can simply upload a completed fact find, with FastSubmit automatically extracting and mapping the required data directly into lender systems.

FastSubmit works alongside lender portals rather than replacing them, triggering all existing validations, rules, and checks exactly as if the application had been entered manually. Lenders therefore continue to receive applications through their established processes, while advisers benefit from a faster and more efficient submission journey.

The latest partnership follows the recent adoption of FastSubmit by Scottish Building Society.
