Commercial Trust partners with Hampshire Trust Bank
Commercial Trust has added Hampshire Trust Bank to its lending panel.
"Our focus on service is closely aligned with Commercial Trust’s approach and we are looking forward to working together."
Hampshire Trust provides a specialist buy-to-let range, including products for portfolio landlords, student accommodation, landlords with DSS tenants, HMOs, holiday lets and expats.
The Bank also offers bridging and semi-commercial products.
Alex Searle, sales director at Hampshire Trust Bank, commented: “HTB understands the growing complexity within landlord finance and the need for appropriate solutions.
“Our focus on service is closely aligned with Commercial Trust’s approach and we are looking forward to working together.
“The speed and quality of service that both our companies offer clients, should make a pretty unbeatable combination.”
Andrew Turner, chief executive at Commercial Trust, added: “We are delighted to work with HTB. Our aim is always to deliver the best service for our clients and as wide a choice of product options as possible.
“As a specialist in landlord finance, working with lenders offering greater criteria flexibility around the more niche and complex financing issues, is vital. This is certainly an area HTB will be able to add further value.
“Finding solutions for clients, who are struggling to get the lending they want, is a very fulfilling part of our role and where swift and effective customer service can make a huge impact.”
