Cocker ends 6-month interim contract at The Lending Channel
The Lending Channel would like to announce successful completion of Simon Cocker’s interim six-month contract role as Commercial Director.
The main remit of his role was to use his previous senior management skills to develop a formal strategy to assist TLC with their future growth plans, which was delivered Q4 last year and has now been fully implemented.
Whilst Cocker is now leaving the business, both parties have stated they would welcome the opportunity to work together again in the future.
TLC’s Managing Director, Alistair Ewing, stated:
"We loved having Simon on board and found it very insightful being able to take advantage of his particular skill set."
Cocker commented that:
“The Lending Channel is a fantastic organisation led by two great characters. It was a pleasure to work with them to develop their growth strategy, which now in place, leaves them primed to become a significant force in the specialist lending market over the coming years. As the business builds scale I would welcome working with the guys again in the future."
