Clydesdale makes further increases to residential and buy-to-let rates
Clydesdale has announced a series of rate increases across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges.
Core 75% - 95% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20% and 90% LTV £600k+ fixed rates have risen by up to 0.27%.
In addition, £1m+ two and five-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.20% and professional and newly qualified professional rates by up to 0.20%.
Across the Bank's buy-to-let range, a 75% LTV two-year fixed rate with a £1,999 fee is now up by 0.05%, while the £1m+ equivalent with a £2,999 fee is also increasing by 0.05%.
The latest rate changes follow previous increases last week, with residential and buy-to-let rates rising by up to 0.34%.
