Clydesdale Bank increases mortgage rates by up to 0.25%
Residential purchase, remortgage and product transfer rates, including professional and large loan products, are increasing.
Clydesdale Bank has become the latest lender to increase mortgage rates across its residential product ranges.
As swap rates have risen in recent days, the Bank is making increases of up to 0.25% across its mortgage rates from tomorrow, 4th June.
In its core residential range, including product transfer, selected 65-75% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will increase by up to 0.25%.
Selected professional two and five-year rates at 65-75% LTV will also rise by up to 0.25%.
In Clydesdale's broker exclusive range, selected residential 50-75% LTV large loan rates, alongside 65% LTV product transfer rates, are increasing by up to 0.25%.
Two and five-year 75% LTV remortgage exclusives and 90% LTV purchase exclusives will be increased by 0.10%.
