Clydesdale Bank increases fixed rates by up to 0.25%
Remortgage, buy-to-let and product transfer rates are among those affected.
Clydesdale Bank has increased rates across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges by up to 0.25%.
In its core residential range, selected two and five-year fixed rates between 65% and 80% LTV have increased by up to 0.25%.
In the Bank's intermediary-exclusive range, two-year fixed rate product transfer products at 65% LTV have risen by 0.20%, selected remortgage rates and purchase 80-85% LTV fixed rates by up to 0.10%, and large loan rates by up to 0.25%.
Selected two and five-year fixed rates in Clydesdale's professional product range are increasing by 20bps and two-year discount offset rates are up by 0.25%.
In its buy-to-let range, five-year fixed rates between 60% and 75% LTV have increased by up to 0.10%.
