This strategic appointment sees Steve join as a Bridging & Commercial Specialist from Brilliant Solutions and has a wealth of knowledge in these sectors. He will play a major role in building and managing key partner relationships with brokers and lenders and provide continued high levels of service.

Previously Steve has also worked as a life insurance broker, a regulated mortgage broker and a property developer, so he is well placed to make a significant contribution to the Clever Lending offering. Bridging and commercial finance are key growth areas for Clever Lending who is already a secured loans master broker, and this appointment demonstrates their commitment to develop in to new markets.

Sonny Gosai, Sales & Operations Manager at Clever Lending commented:

“It is a great pleasure to have Steve on board with Clever Lending.  His appointment enables us to grow as a company and enter these sectors of the market to enhance our distribution of specialist products to our brokers.  He comes with a wealth of knowledge that will in turn ensure Clever Lending is the company of choice for brokers now and for the future.”

“Having been a mortgage broker, I understand what brokers want from a packager when it comes to the more complex deals.  I am looking to build lasting relationships with brokers and lenders to support the continued growth of Clever Lending in these market sectors.  I am excited about the challenges that lie ahead!”
