Clever Lending expands into commercial & bridging finance
Clever Lending, the secured loans master broker, has appointed Steve Sanderson to expand their proposition to include commercial and bridging finance.

This strategic appointment sees Steve join as a Bridging & Commercial Specialist from Brilliant Solutions and has a wealth of knowledge in these sectors. He will play a major role in building and managing key partner relationships with brokers and lenders and provide continued high levels of service.
Previously Steve has also worked as a life insurance broker, a regulated mortgage broker and a property developer, so he is well placed to make a significant contribution to the Clever Lending offering. Bridging and commercial finance are key growth areas for Clever Lending who is already a secured loans master broker, and this appointment demonstrates their commitment to develop in to new markets.
