Rory Cleary has been appointed head of sales at Aspen Bridging, the lender announced this week.
Cleary, who joins the business with immediate effect, will be responsible for evolving the lender’s relationships with brokers and networks throughout England and Wales as the company continues to target 30% plus year-on-year loan book growth.
Cleary was most recently Senior Business Development Manager at MT Finance where he contributed to a major growth period from 2020 to 2022, before which he was Business Development Manager for the London area at Precise Mortgages which saw similar impressive performance from 2016 to 2020.
Jack Coombs, Director at Aspen Bridging, said:
“Rory is undoubtedly one of the specialist finance industry’s best, to have him join Aspen is a real red-letter day in our history and reaffirms our excellent position which sees us poised for future growth in the marketplace.”
Cleary added:
“I am excited to be joining Aspen, the company has achieved remarkable results since it’s inception in 2017 and the people, customer service philosophy and technology are all second-to-none. We have exciting growth plans for 2024 and beyond, I will be developing a first-rate sales team and look forward to seeing new and familiar faces at the FP Show and in the coming months.”
