CBFL announces growth with eight new recruits
Over the past 12 months Capital Bridging Finance Limited has continued to invest for growth with the appointment of eight new people.
Particular focus has been given to the recruitment of experienced underwriters to support increased business volumes and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
The latest recruit within the underwriting team is Martin Lane, whose career spans over 38 years in the financial services sector and includes periods with Rockstead, Deloitte, Preferred Mortgages, John Charcol and Lloyds, within a variety of roles that include; credit underwriting, auditing, complaint handling and team management.
Commenting on the appointment, Keith Aldridge, Managing Director of Capital Bridging said:
“We are delighted to welcome Martin to the business. With his broad experience within the financial services sector I am sure he will quickly become a valued member of the team. Over the past 12 months we have ramped up our expansion plans within the short term funding arena and to ensure success we have paid particular attention to our recruitment needs in terms of bringing on bright people with experience and the right attitude. Other recent recruits include Ronda Humphrey, Case Manager and Sandrine Loyeung, Financial Controller.”
Martin Lane said:
“I am delighted to be joining a forward thinking organisation at a time when our specialist market is beginning to realise its potential. Constraints on traditional funders and the commitment that Capital Bridging has made to educating brokers about the benefits of short term funding means the time is perfect to be joining a team with ambitious growth plans for 2015.”
