Catalyst appoints BDM for London
Charlotte has dual experience as both a lender and a broker.
Catalyst Property Finance has appointed Charlotte Rayson as its new business development manager for London.
The hire marks an expansion of Catalyst’s newly formed external sales force. Charlotte will lead the lender’s boots-on-the-ground presence in the capital, ensuring brokers have direct access to Catalyst’s flexible funding solutions and decision-makers.
Charlotte brings a wealth of finance sector experience; she began her career in banking, has seven years’ experience as a broker, and previously worked at specialist lenders Lendhub and Greenfield Capital.
Charlotte Rayson commented: "I'm really excited to be joining Catalyst Property Finance at such an important stage of growth. Having sat on both sides of the desk, I know that Catalyst’s reputation for reliability, speed and a genuine broker-focused approach is exactly what the London market is asking for right now.
"I’m looking forward to working closely with London brokers, building strong relationships and helping them unlock more opportunities for their clients."
Spencer Gale, sales director at Catalyst, said: "Charlotte’s dual experience as both a lender and a broker makes her a formidable asset to our team. She understands exactly what intermediaries need: speed, transparency, and a partner who knows how to package a deal for success. Her appointment is a key pillar in our mission to provide unparalleled support to our national broker network.
"Charlotte will play a key role in strengthening our support for London-based brokers. London is a strategically important market for us, and Charlotte’s appointment reinforces our commitment to providing brokers with the responsiveness, expertise and consistency they expect from Catalyst.”
