Castle Trust launches bridging exclusive through Platinum Options
Castle Trust has partnered with commercial specialist, Platinum Options, to offer an exclusive bridging product through its new Bridging and Commercial Club.

The product is available on a nine month term up to 70% LTV for a flat rate of 0.60%pm and offers a £500 cashback on completion.
Loans are available up to £1m and can be used for all types of refurbishment that do not require planning permission, including permitted developments.
Brokers applying for the exclusive will benefit from Castle Trust’s new streamlined application process, with online submissions and quick illustrations from a dedicated team of bridging specialists.
