Broker Conveyancing has announced the appointment of a new area director.

Charlotte Felton will cover the North West region, working and supporting individual advisers and firms based there on how they can get the most out of their conveyancing advice propositions.

Charlotte has spent over a decade working within the legal services sector, having held positions at Talbots Law and Manners Pimblett Solicitors. Her most recent role, prior to joining Broker Conveyancing, was a business development and relationship manager at O’Neill Patient Solicitors, heading up the new business department, working on the sales side and as a fee earner.

Broker Conveyancing said it was planning to add further resource to the business throughout 2023 and was seeking to hire additional account managers based out of its Woking head office.

Mark Snape, CEO at Broker Conveyancing, commented: “It’s very pleasing to start off the new year by bringing on board someone with the experience and skillset of Charlotte. We’ve been aware of her work for some time and she will already be very well known to advisory firms based in the North West.

"Joining as an area director, Charlotte will be on hand to work with, and support, advisers in that region, to help them get the most out of their conveyancing cases, and to ensure their clients get access to the very best conveyancing firms through the Broker Conveyancing platform.

"At a time of uncertainty in the market, I am 100% sure we can continue our remarkable rate of growth over the past four years and this appointment is proof of our commitment to grow and provide even better levels of support for our adviser partners.”
