Brickflow launches embedded finance solution for commercial brokers
Brickflow, the digital marketplace for specialist property finance, has launched Brickflow Enterprise - an embedded finance solution created specifically for commercial property finance brokers.
"By white-labelling our solution, brokers and their partners can give customers an easy-to-use comparison platform, enhance their experience, receive more qualified leads and spend less time on administration."
Clients can plug this white-labelled version of Brickflow’s existing platform into their own or a partner’s website and connect with 80+ lenders in under 60 seconds, process applications in under 30 minutes, secure a Decision in Principle (DIP) in hours and receive the contact details of every borrower who uses the tool to search for finance.
Enterprise can be added to auction and agent sites, connecting the dots between finding development land and funding it, whilst enabling brokers to expand their reach.
It’s also compatible with any marketing channel, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and can be embedded into emails or brochures via a QR code, allowing brokers to grow their partner/introducer network faster and generate more leads.
Brickflow founder and CEO, Ian Humphreys, commented: “Embedded finance is a concept we use in daily life; think E-wallets like PayPal or Klarna, Shopify or purchasing insurance alongside products or services. Forbes says embedded finance is ‘the dominant trend in Fintech in 2023’ and OpenPayed predicts the global market will be worth $7.2 trillion by 2030.
“Now we’ve brought embedded finance to the CRE market, putting clients at the forefront of the digital finance market. And by white-labelling our solution, brokers and their partners can give customers an easy-to-use comparison platform, enhance their experience, receive more qualified leads and spend less time on administration.
“The technology is there, and the overwhelming feedback we get from brokers and their customers is that this is a massive step forward for them and their businesses. Essentially, brokers now have the chance to go digital overnight.”
