Brickflow has added Bridge Invest to its panel of lender partners, as the specialist lender looks to drive origination for its newly launched funding line.

The partnership coincides with the rollout of Bridge Invest’s new flagship product, which is a flexible revolving credit facility aimed at reducing friction and repetitive costs for active property investors. The facility allows borrowers to access up to 65% of a property’s value multiple times over a two-year period, minimising transactional delays.

Through the platform, brokers can now access Bridge Invest's updated proposition via Brickflow, including capital availability up to £10m in a single loan, direct access to AVMs, financing up to 75% of open market value on residential and semi-commercial properties and up to 65% LTV on commercial assets, and drawdowns up to 65% of a property's value over a rolling two-year facility.

Daniel Glicksman, senior business development manager at Bridge Invest, commented: "For us, joining Brickflow is all about getting capital into the hands of brokers and borrowers faster. Our increased £10m capacity and flexible OMV limits give them serious leverage in today's market. But what I’m most excited to get out there is our new revolving credit facility. It completely cuts out the exhausting legal loops and repeat valuation fees that drag down regular borrowers, ensuring the money is just there and ready when an opportunity drops."

Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender relations at Brickflow, added: "We are proud to support lenders who are growing and want to benefit from Brickflow’s incredible reach. Our platform exists to eliminate manual loan sourcing from the property market, and bringing Bridge Invest’s agile new product onto the panel gives brokers a powerful tool to secure optimal funding in minutes without leaving money on the table."
