National conveyancing panel management firm, Movin Legal, has restructured its senior management team with Bob Scott joining as sales director.
Former sales director Lyndon Whistance has been promoted to chief operating officer.
Bob Scott has been working in financial services since 1995 and has worked across packaging, brokering, lending, property investment as well as accountancy.
He has previously held senior positions with networks HL Partnership, The Right Mortgage Network, The Right DA Club, Primis, and First Complete.
Bob Scott said: “I’m delighted to be joining Movin Legal. Having worked across the spectrum of financial services for nearly 30 years I can’t wait to get back to the coal face.
“I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead as well as growing our own conveyancing team further.
“We’ll continue to work hand in glove with our intermediary partners as well as drive innovation and raise standards in the conveyancing marketplace for the benefit of all.”
Lyndon Whistance commented: “It’s great to have someone of Bob’s calibre join our senior management team.
“He has a wealth of experience in the wider financial services sector which he can utilise to our benefit in the conveyancing sector. He’s a much welcome addition to the team as we look to grow our legal and conveyancing business through the intermediary market even further in 2024.”
John Ahmed, chief executive of Movin Legal, added: “Bob is a real expert when it comes to distribution while his ability to understand the nuances of various markets is second to none.
“We have lots of exciting plans for 2024 and the addition of Bob to our team will help put those plans into action at pace.”
