Ian Errington, who specialises in new builds, has over 25 years of experience in the industry and spent 15 years at Gordons LLP where he was a partner.
David Gilman, head of Blacks Connect, said:
“Ian brings with him a wealth of experience and I am delighted to welcome him to the team. His client focussed approach and extensive knowledge will help provide great support to our investor and developer clients in particular.
“We want brokers to recognise that with highly experienced team members like Ian not only can we offer a holistic service, encompassing all areas of conveyancing but we can do so with a level of expertise that will enable brokers to feel confident their client is getting the very best service.”
Errington added:
“Blacks has a reputation for doing things differently and putting their clients’ needs first so when the opportunity to join the firm came along, it was just too good a chance to pass up. Blacks is really heading in the right direction and I’m excited to get started. I’ve been lucky enough to work closely with big brands such as Morrisons in the past and have recently moved on to more residential and commercial properties, so I’m very eager to put this experience into practice at Blacks.”
